Splister: Affiliate Terms

1. The programme in short

Any Splister account holder may join the affiliate programme, free of charge and regardless of subscription plan. After joining you receive a personal link. When someone signs up through that link and becomes a paying customer, you earn commission on what they actually pay.

2. Commission

Commission is 10% of net revenue: the amount the referred customer actually paid, excluding VAT and after deduction of payment-processing fees and any refunds. Commission accrues for the lifetime of the referred customer's payments. Newly accrued commission is held for 30 days before it becomes payable, so that refunds and chargebacks can be settled. Refunded or disputed payments reverse the related commission.

3. The referred customer's discount

Customers who sign up through your link receive 50% off their first subscription invoice. This discount is applied automatically at checkout and only on their first purchase.

4. Payouts

You can request a payout once your approved balance reaches €100. Before your first payout you must provide invoicing details. Payouts are made on invoice; the VAT treatment depends on your situation and country.

5. Fair play

Self-referral in any form, misleading advertising, spam, and artificially generated sign-ups or clicks are not allowed and lead to reversal of commission and removal from the programme.

6. Privacy

You never receive personal details of the customers you refer. Your dashboard shows them as anonymous entries only. See our Privacy Policy, section 4.4.
